Winter Futsal
Winter Indoor Soccer
What Is Futsal?
Futsal was born in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1930, and it's one of the best ways to keep players sharp through the winter. It's played five a side on a hard court, like a basketball gym, with lines instead of walls and unlimited subs.
The ball is smaller and heavier with less bounce, so it stays on the floor. That means more touches, tighter spaces, and quicker decisions. Players come back to the outdoor season with better control and faster feet.
5 v 5. Hard court. Low bounce ball.
A faster version of the game we love, played in a climate controlled gym through the short winter off season.
Why It Works
Better Players by Spring
Futsal isn't a break from soccer. It's some of the best development your player can get all year.
01
More Touches
Clinic players average over 1,000 touches a session.
02
Close Control
A low bounce ball rewards clean first touches and keeping it on the ground.
03
Faster Thinking
Tight spaces force quick decisions and smart movement under pressure.
04
Winter Reps
Stay game ready indoors instead of losing momentum until spring.
