October 5th is last payment for 2019. Spring payments commence in January 2020. Would love to see some new face in January at Spring 2020 tryouts this will be U15 and older boys (girls only play fall) and ALL U14 and younger.

IV.     New business

a)     State Cup Change-Due to a lack of 18U (G) teams this year (there are four, despite offers for discounted play) we will NOT be hosting State Cup in November. We are signed up for May 20-22 for the boys.

b)     Friday Night Pick-up Games-Every week we see new faces for both adults and kids. It is a TON of fun!!! They are ongoing through mid-November, Friday nights, at 6pm until 8pm on fields 1 and 2 (we rotate fields each week).

c)     Golf Tournament Oct. 5th @ Larkin Golf Course/Still need golfers-if you intend to play please register online at the event caddy website (if you need the link PLEASE email [email protected]). THANK YOU to all the people who have volunteered to help out through the day!!!!! Players who plan on coming out, please wear blue training jersey we will keep them busy!

d)     USWNT Game Oct. 3rd (No practice) Players wear blue training shirt, we will be meeting at 6:30 at the Romare Bearden Park (not required but it would be nice to all go in together), which is located right near the BB&T ballpark and Bank of America Stadium.  Make sure to accommodate for any travel/traffic issues that are typical at this time of day. Kickoff is 8pm

e)     Club Pass Program is now available and the three Black Cats will be able to play with the Gunners (within guidelines). There are many guidelines that do need to be followed, and if anyone has any questions, please email: [email protected]. Parents within the 13U teams, please understand that going into the season we did not foresee any of the teams being so low on numbers. There was one change to the Club Pass Program that caused the situation where we no longer had someone who was certified to do this. As soon as we learned of this-NCYSA held a certification class as soon as they were able to (they do many things in the world of soccer) to accommodate our needs.

f)      Makeup training for pre season camp that we got rained out may be considered to be fulfilled because we built in several rain days this season and have not had to use one.

Old business

g)     IPDA Program begins October 18th. 6 sessions. If your player is selected you will find out next week.
