2022 Winter (Outdoor) 
7 vs 7 League 



Come join us for our 5th Annual Winter League. IFC brings our community a fun and competitive small sided 7v7 league for all to join. Bring your teams to compete on Saturday mornings in the crisp North Carolina morning air playing the game we love. 

Our league will welcome all levels, and teams will be play a 7 vs 7 game of soccer based around a 4 week league where teams will battle for points. Our final 5th week, teams will play a small tournament based on the points they won during the 4 week league play. 

Games
Each team will be guaranteed at least 8 games (extra games will be determined by the success of your tournament play). Each game will consist of 2X 25 min halves and a 5 min half time. 
Tournament play may change based on the number of teams registered. 
All games are required to have at least 7 players on the field (6 field players and 1 goalkeeper). Games will be played on a 12U size field with 12U size goals. 
Games will include normal games rules (offsides will be called but with some ease. This decision will be up to the discretion of the referees). 

Rosters
All rosters must consist of a minimum of 7 players and a max of 13 players. All players must be age appropriate and all ages of players must be within the guidelines of the leagues age groupings. All Rostered must be submitted to IFC before first game. All players on the roster my submit a copy of either their birth certificate or official US Youth Soccer affiliation players card (NCYSA/ AYSO/ US Club) for proof of age. Lastly, all players will be asked to complete and sign a NCYSA/IFC waiver in  order to participate in the league. 

Cost
All teams are charged $375.00 to participate in the league. Full payment must be made upon registration. 
Refund policy: If IFC are not able to provide the intended league service to a team, then a full refund will be given back to the team. (example: not enough teams sign up in your age bracket, lack of staff to run games, etc.)
However, if a team decides not participate after committing to the league via the $375.00 payment, then no refund will be given back. (example: players on your end drop out after registration and you can not field a team, not showing up for scheduled games, etc.)

Weather Policy 
Being outdoors brings its challenges of weather. If weather does not allow game play, then these are the steps that will be taken. 
1. IFC will use a backup location if fields are in a condition where game play is safe.
2. A change in game times may occur that will allow game play to happen just at a later time during the day. 
3. The date of 1/21 is our push back date for our week 5 tournament. One of the between dates will be used for multiple games to make up for the bad weather date.
